Cancellation/Late Arrival/ No Shows

Being a small business with appropriate staffing, we require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will only be charged upon the completion of service or in the instance of late cancellation less than 12 hours, late arrival or no-show occurrences.

No Shows: We kindly ask you that you cancel your appointment 12 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with our waiting list. Same-day, No Shows, and Groups will be charged the full price of the service booked.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 min. late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client’s service at their scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us immediately at (714) 529-6949 so we can advise your options.  If you are more than 10 minutes late and we do need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service price.

Groups: 3+ or more people we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. We will take a credit card number of the group coordinator, and if there are any cancellations less than 12 hours, no-shows, you will be charged the full price for those services.

Gratuity: A 25% gratuity will be added to the service total for all appointments or groups 4+ or more upon completion of all services.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard. NO checks.

Appointments: We recommend that you book your appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your scheduling requests. Walk-ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. We carefully take out time for all of our services, to ensure the best quality & experience please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment.

Salon Etiquette: To honor our salon atmosphere, as well as the relaxation of other guests, we ask you please use quiet voices in the salon. Please refrain from the use of cell phones, and turn the ringer to silent or vibrate prior to entering the salon. We aren’t taking your toys away, we just want you to sit back, relax and enjoy the experience to the fullest while allowing others to do the same.

Pedicure clients are advised to not shave their legs for at least 24 hrs. prior to service. Please wear pants that do not taper from the knee to the ankle and we also highly recommend bringing your own sandals to wear out of the salon.

Health & Safety: By State Law, we must refuse service to anyone who seems to have any kind of communicable foot, hand or skin disease. A licensee shall not perform services on a client if the licensee has reason to believe the client has an unhealthy condition; a communicable disease; contagious condition; skin or nail tissue that is inflamed, infected, broken, raised or swollen; or an open wound or sore in the area affected unless the client provides written authorization from a licensed physician.

Pet Policy: We LOVE animals, but no pets are allowed in the nail salon out of respect for our clients' and allergies of others. Service dogs are the ONLY exception to this rule.
